Eltek Semiconductors can offer a range of Siliconx analogue switch and discrete products to military specifications.
The device types available include DG409, DG413, DG507, DG508, DG538, DG601 and DG611. These devices are currently very difficult to source and are offered in a range of package styles which are compatible with the original Siliconix range.
Other devices types available which are becoming increasingly scarce include DG202, DG303, DG307, DG381, DG390 and DG528.
All products are built using genuine, original, military grade Siliconix die.
